Cornelia applies both knowledge fields to analyze all kinds of communication processes and explain ideas and projects through images. Cornelia now divides her time between different projects. With Visual Elevator Pitch she uses drawing to help people express themselves, identify the essential and communicate more effectively. 

She, along with Manuela Procopio and Ulrich Schubert, is the third part of _Coworkshops, a training framework for group dynamics, co-creation and personal and professional development based on the principles of gamification and tailored for creation, ideation and collaborative work spaces.

She studied Communication Design (HBKsaar, Saarbrücken) and Psychology (Uni-Saarland, Saarbrücken). She is currently working towards her EASC Coach certification.
