MWEEKBCN: Barcelona districts get mobile

The MWC spreads cultural, technological and innovational activities throughout the city

The Mobile Week Barcelona  is one of the initiatives of the Mobile World Capital Barcelona to promote reflection on digital transformation and strengthen the bond with the city of Barcelona. The #MWEEKBCN events are open and free with previous registration and will take place in different locations all around the 10 city districts. The programme is divided in three main activities:

• 10 dialogs in a panel discussion format in which experts from the fields of entrepreneurship, science, culture and education will take part. The panels will be held sequentially, each one in a different venue.
  

• 10 artistic creations inspired by the question How does the art world see the digital transformation? With the main aim of bringing technology closer to the public through art, 10 proposals, chosen by a competition launched last December, will be exhibited during the whole week in cultural and scientific facilities of Barcelona.

• 10 inspiring routes, one for each district, through the spaces of the city dedicated to digital culture, creativity, tech and thought.
